Shore-based production units

Our processing plant has an output of 1.5 MT of finished product per day. Temperature control and hygiene are the most important factors to success.
HACCP is the key notion. Intensive hygiene and quality control are assured through checks performed by the in-house laboratory and independent laboratories.

Cold stores

Our eight coldstores (350 MT to 750 MT capacity) are supported by triple operating systems. Each cold store has three cooling units of which one is sufficient to maintain a temperature of -25 °C per cold store.
In addition to the public electricity supply, two stand-by generators are installed, of which each can support all cold stores and the processing plant. Computerised systems check the cold storage operations without interruption.


Our intensive catfish farm with recirculatory water system produces an average of 350 MT of live catfish per year for the domestic market.
